| FIRST!!!1) Gear up!! ,! go straight North West from the bank to the shops!!!!.  2) Requirements (5,million included in the starters pack).*Iron! (plate, legs!, fullhelm) 994 GP , you dont need defence.*Climbing boots (5,000 gp).*Amulet of strenght (3,000 gp).*Obsidian cape (60,000 gp).*Rune Scimitar (25,600 gp + 40 Attack)- included in the starters pack.*Dragon scimitar (100,000 gp + 60 Attack)- included in the starters pack.*Food (optional)- included in starters pack.*Anything else is optional.   3)*Go onto your spell book! , click monster teleport then rock crabs!!!!!! 4)* Get killing!!! , Make sure you stop at 40 attack! and change to a Rune Scimitar, and then 60 Attack to a Dragon scimitar, The bigger the hit! the faster your going to reach your goal!. * You dont really need food there,if you really wanted to be safe bring a tiny bit  they have 50 HP but they give! ALOT of XP!!!.   OPTIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* You could also do Slayer!, normally a beginner task will most likely be Rockcrabs! , You get points for slayer task's and you can purchase really good rare items! and also training at the same time will get your Strength/Attack up!.  LASTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* COOOOOONGRATULATIONS! ON YOUR 99 STRENGTH/ATTACK!!!!!!.
